Rivera CFO and COO Clark Seiling was quoted in Modern Healthcare on the growing gap between state PBM legislation and effective enforcement. With all 50 states having passed PBM laws since 2017 and federal regulation now in effect, Seiling highlighted a persistent challenge: regulations can be reasonably interpreted in slightly different ways, but those differences produce significant disparities when audit results are released.
